This will have to be short and sweet - yet it was absolutely wonderful, but I am some few weeks behind on the blog!!!!
Okay - the Barn is all set up for the big day last "long" weekend.
and on the right a delightful yellow "Banksia Rose" is about to flower!
Flags flying everywhere - and it was wonderful.
Our hosts, Margaret (Frank's Sis) and her husband - Kev, fed us the "British Gin and Tonic" to the 6 family members
Above is Frank and his Brother Pete, and of course just to confuse things, Pete's wife - another Margaret
And the baby of the family - Oliver - turned up in his "red, white and blue"
His Nanna had put on a fabulous English cold feast for us all
Then came dessert!!!!
Oliver's Mum - Clare - checking out the incredible desserts - where do you start????
There were 24 of us, but then the "Pageant" began, so some of us watched and 1 took some "TV" photos
Love that Kate
and the Queen
a nice farewell
Now this did not catch young Oliver's attention
But Auntie Sue did
and of course Grandpa.
and those other wild "old" things!
We then set "Abba" free - there is a video showing this wild family event.
A quick pose from the Abba age!!
Time to check out young Oliver's response
Abba has got my legs "truckin"
And I am so happy on this couch
Rule Brittania - Olivers way - (no maybe Auntie Liz's way!!!)
