Good friends of ours from New Hampshire, have just forwarded these great photos of their trip to Alaska last month.

They visited Denali National Park, and caught sight of much wildlife there,

These sea lions were seen in Resurrection Bay, off of Seward.
Lois all rugged up in the "national dress" - think this furry little number was borrowed for this photo occasion..

Which included quite a few stops for hiking through the tundra and kayaking down the rivers and bays
as they cruised through the gorgeous "Inside Passage"
They cruised in zodiacs alongside the glaciers in Glacier Bay- witnessing a "calving" of one glacier.
Harbour Seals had recently given birth on the ice floes in Tracey Arm
Lois said it was magical to cruise silently past these seals

Bears were also seen, along with Orcas, the eagles and so forth - truly beautiful part of the world and they loved it all, as we did in 1996.
