Kiwi Wroes weekend in Brisbane

Friday evening - looks like Dan is in charge of the Barbeque on the deck of their cabin.

He just adores a set of "tongs"

All set for their trip to the outskirts of Brisbane on Saturday morning

to visit with some friends they knew in Bristol

They moved to Queensland about 6 years ago

and have just bought this "Queenslander" style house on a couple of acres

Ian said they had a wonderful time catching up with them - 2 kids, but most important a 6 year old son, and he had some toy guns to amuse Ethan with.

They were able to catch the views

over Brisbane

and the surrounding areas.

Next they went to a great playground

built around our huge Moreton Bay Figs.

Young Dan is a happy chappy.

Next - a trip down the Brisbane River - guns at the ready!

And as Ian and Sarah said, it was so great catching up with Lizzie and David again after 5 years, and of course their little ones.
